SeeIQ is built on a simple idea: the app should understand the world for you without collecting more of your world than it needs. Here is exactly what that means.

What we collect

Honestly, very little — and almost nothing lives on our servers.

  • What you capture. Images and audio you point SeeIQ at are sent to our AI provider to generate a response, then discarded. We don't store them or use them to build a profile of you.
  • What you save. Saved items and your recent session are stored locally on your device, in your browser. They never reach our servers, and clearing your browser clears them.
  • Technical basics. Standard request data such as your IP address is used briefly to keep the service secure and within fair-use limits — not to identify you.

What we don't do

No accounts. No advertising trackers. We don't sell your data, build a behavioral profile, or follow you across the web. SeeIQ asks for a camera or microphone only when you choose to use one.

AI processing

To describe what you see, SeeIQ sends the relevant image, text, or audio to OpenAI, which processes it under its own terms to generate the response you hear. We send only what your request needs — nothing more.

Your control

Everything SeeIQ remembers is stored on your device. You can remove it any time by clearing your saved items or your browser's storage for this site. There's no server-side copy to request or delete.

Children

SeeIQ is not directed at children under 13 and shouldn't be used by them.

Changes

As SeeIQ advances, we'll keep this page current. The date at the top always reflects the latest version.
