Terms of Use

Last updated June 4, 2026

The short version: SeeIQ is an AI assistant that can be wrong, it's offered on an as-is and as-available basis, and we ask you to use it thoughtfully. The details follow.

Using SeeIQ

By using SeeIQ you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the app. SeeIQ describes, contextualizes, and helps you explore whatever you point it at — it's an assistant, not an authority.

Accuracy and judgment

AI perception can be incomplete, out of date, or simply wrong. Don't rely on SeeIQ where being wrong carries real consequences — safety, health, finances, legal questions, or spotting hazards. Treat what it says as a helpful starting point, and verify anything that matters.

Fair use

Please don't use SeeIQ to:

  • break the law or infringe someone else's rights;
  • capture people in ways that aren't permitted where you are;
  • abuse the service through automated scraping, overwhelming traffic, or attempts to bypass its limits.

Content and ownership

You keep the rights to what you capture. SeeIQ — its software, design, narration voice, and underlying intelligence — remains ours.

Shopping and links

Product matches and recommendations are offered for convenience. Any purchase happens directly with a third-party seller under their own terms. SeeIQ is not the seller and isn't part of that transaction.

Availability

SeeIQ is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Features may change, pause, or evolve as we continue to advance the product.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, SeeIQ is not liable for losses arising from using — or being unable to use — the service, or from relying on what it tells you.

Changes

We may update these terms as SeeIQ evolves. The date at the top reflects the current version, and continued use means you accept the latest one.
